To Adam's mother & father,
I believe my son Ryan Garbs was a friend of Adam's. He was also a Ranger, killed in Afghanistan 2/18/07. Please know there is another mother & father in Illinois who understand and share your pain. I believe Adam was welcomed to heaven by many Rangers, including Ryan. Your family is in our prayers.

To the family of Adam,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that no words will bring you comfort but I want you to know that my brother, also a Ranger from Ft Benning was one of Adam's friends. My brother, Ryan Garbs, was killed in Afghanistan February 18, 2009. I'm sure Ryan and Adam were reunited in heaven and are watching over all of us. I pray that you find peace to get through these difficult times. God bless you and all the family and friends of Adam.
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake.
Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death, [a]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever

Bopp Family,
My heart and prayers go out to all of you for the loss of Adam. My husband is a B Co Ranger and served with Bopp (as I knew him). He was always fun to have over and visit with and always made us laugh. Adam was a great man and stand out soldier who served his country with pride. These boys are brothers in arms and also family to us. Adam will be missed by so many. He is in good company now with his other fallen Ranger brothers, and they will watch over your family and our B Co boys. God Bless you at this time.
