David J. Fordyce April 27, 1964 - March 24, 2014 SOUTH BEND - David J. Fordyce, 49, of South Bend, had his life tragically taken from him on Monday, March 24th, at 11:20 PM. David was born on April 27, 1964, in Niles, MI, to David L. and Sandra L. (Bekkering) Fordyce, both of whom survive. David is survived by his parents, David and Sandra Fordyce of Cassopolis, MI; one brother, Nathan H. Fordyce of Cassopolis, MI; and three nephews, Marc, Casey and Michael, all of Cassopolis, MI. He was preceded in death by one sister, Cheryl A. Williams, on September 17, 2013. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal. The family requests that all memorial contributions be made to the charity of donor's choice. There will be no visitation or service at this time.
