Della Yeager Obituary
Mar. 23, 1932 - July 19, 2016
MISHAWAKA - Della M. Yeager, 84, of Mishawaka, passed away on Tuesday, July 19th in the Greenleaf Health Campus in Elkhart. Della was born on March 23, 1932 in Windsor, Colorado to David and Della (Masten) Metzler. She was a graduate of South Bend Central High School. Della was employed as a bookkeeper in the RV industry for many years. She enjoyed attending different flea markets to sell jewelry, camping, fishing, boating, reading and making new friends. She knew no strangers, only friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, and her beloved Yorkie, Cinders.
Della is survived by her son, Bob (Kary) Henning of Mishawaka and a sister, Grace Welton of Phoenix, Arizona, a grandson, Jason Webb of Mishawaka, brothers-in-law, Tom (Ruth) Kirk of Columbia City, Indiana and Jim (Marsha) Kirk of Osceola, a sister-in-law, Carol Kirk of Mishawaka and a niece, Beth Kirk of Osceola, along with her stepsons, Carl (Pat) Yeager of Florida and Kurt Yeager of Tennessee.
A service celebrating Della's life will be held in the mausoleum chapel at the Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka on Monday, July 25th at 2:00 PM with Pastor Bob Vale officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the cemetery chapel. Bubb Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made in Della's name to either Pet Refuge or to Harbor Light Hospice.

Bob, sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. No more pain, and now she is with your dad and having fun. I'm sure her and my Mom have already gotten together for a long overdue visit.
