MISHAWAKA, IN - Richard Paul Rosbrugh, 85, of Mishawaka, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at his home. He was born February 25, 1933 in South Bend to Paul C. & Martha K. (Himes) Rosbrugh.
On April 4, 1951 in South Bend he married Shirley M. Wagner. She preceded him in death on Feb. 19, 2017. Surviving are 3 children, William (Kristie) Rosbrugh, Michael R. Rosbrugh, and Timothy (Tammy) Rosbrugh all of South Bend; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jean M. (Skip) Petrie of Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William Rosbrugh.
Richard graduated in 1952 from Riley High School in South Bend. He served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955 and received an Honorable Discharge. Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing, and coin collecting. He worked as a sales representative and retired as a floor supervisor from Elkhart Foam Products.
Cremation will take place and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Elkhart Cremation services is entrusted with his care.
Memorial contributions may be given to Heartland Hospice or Always Best Care.
