I just read this today, April 24, 2020. A real shock! I knew Bill for many years back in the seventies until a few years ago when I lost track of him. We were friends and Ham Radio operators and fellow police officers as well.
I had no idea of his passing. This is SO sad to learn.

R. I. P. my cousin. Have lots of memories growing up and seeing Bill and Andy and Jennie a few times a year. It's good to know he had his mom and friends there with him at his passing. Hoping Aunt Jennie has someone there to help her at this time of her need..

Sincerely,
Cork and Mary Kay Casper
