Dear Carmen, Charlene and Family,
Who would have thought a bunch of "plant" people could have so much fun? The Rhododendron Society always did when your Motther would graciously host her fabulous parties. My Folks would rave about the fabulous times they would have because your Mother would make everyone so welcomed and at ease. The "Mary's" would commiserate about how their husband could get so excited about leaves and dirt. We found all the stories based on fact when we got to meet your Mom. She was a gracious, classy, kind and beautiful lady! She could make some delicious sausage and peppers too! A true original and beauty!

Dear Carmen, Charlene and Family,
Who would have thought a bunch of "plant" people could have such fun? My folks would rant about the fabulous times they would have at the Rhododendron Society parties, primarily because your Mother was the beautiful, gracious hostess. When the "Mary's" would talk, they would commiserate about how their husbands could get so excited about leaves and dirt. When we finally got to meet your Mother, all the stories my Father would tell turned out to be true- a vivacious, friendly, thoughtful, beautiful lady! Her love of people was genuine. A special one indeed!
