Charles R. Conant III

Charles R. Conant III, 71, of Hanson, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Ellen (Lavelle) Conant, father of Kathryn Geagan and her husband Erik, Dr. Alene Conant and her husband John Drewniak, Charles R. Conant IV and his wife Meredith, beloved Boppy to Madeline and Owen Geagan, Reed and Hadley Conant, brother of Peter, Paul, John, Mark and Patrick Conant and the late Jane Bates. His funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 28, at 10:15 from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman, followed by a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in the St .Joseph the Worker Church, Hanson. Burial will follow in the Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson.
