J. McIntyre Obituary

J. Arthur McIntyre, of East Taunton, passed away at the age of 39, in Boston, Dec. 4, 2010, following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Sonia (Randolph) McIntyre of Taunton. J. Arthur was born in Boston to John and Elsie (Bethany) Perry. J. Arthur graduated from Taunton High School. He was the owner of Arties Hardwood Floors for over 20 years. He enjoyed playing floor hockey both as a teenager and adult, loved to go fishing with his kids, he was an avid sports fan who loved the Bruins and Patriots. He leaves his children, Damion and Nevaeh McIntyre of Taunton; his siblings, Catherine McIntyre of Abington, Denise Aguiar of Berkley, Paul Aguiar of Berkley, John and Lucas McIntyre, both of Taunton; his nieces and nephews, Paul, Nicholas, MaryJane, Jackson, Anthony, Camron, Ashton, Ethan, Dominic, Ryan and Gavin. A funeral service will be held in the Living Word Church, 1090 West Chestnut St., Brockton, Wednesday, Dec. 8, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours, Tuesday, from 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in Pleasant St. Cemetery in Raynham.
