Joan Russo Obituary

Joan T. Russo BROCKTON Joan T. (Dollfuss) Russo, 73 years old, of Brockton, died unexpectedly Friday, May 29, 2009, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Peter F. Russo. She was born in New York City, a daughter of the late Joseph and Pauline (Albrecht) Dollfuss and had been a resident of Brockton for over 40 years. At one time she had been a lunch room aide for the Brockton School System. Joan enjoyed scratch tickets and trips to Foxwoods. She was devoted to her family, especially her grandson Daniel, and had been a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. She is survived by her children, Frank J. Russo of Spring Hill, Fla., Paul R. Russo of Brockton and Laura J. Oullette and her husband Bruce of Rochester. She is also survived by her grandson, Daniel Oullette and several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (Rte. 123), Brockton, Tuesday, at 8 a.m. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9 a.m. Burial in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. I am so sorry about your mom. In my heart she will always be my Aunt Joanie. I have been thinking about all the times that Chuck and I spent with her. May god lead you all threw this like he has in the past.
