"John Lima", that's all i can really say. All everyone says is, why you? We all know your in the land were you will feel no pain, in the hands of the great one. Remebering those days in elementary and high school makes me wonder it could of been me. But it was you who he chose to be right by his side. He needs you more than we need you. My prayers go to you John. See you real soon.

When I come to the end of my journey
And I travel my last weary mile,
Just forget if you can, that I ever frowned
And only remember the smile
Forget unkind words I have spoken;
Remember some good I have done.
Forget that I ever had heartache
And remember I’ve had loads of fun.
Forget that I’ve stumbled and blundered
And sometimes fell by the way.
Remember I have fought some hard battles
And won, ere the close of the day.
Then forget to grieve for my going,
I would not have you sad for a day,
But in summer just gather some flowers
And remember the place where I lay,
And come in the shade of evening
When the sun paints the sky in the west.
Stand for a few moments beside me
And remember only my best.
I'll never forget what a thoughtful young man John was.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

JOHN LIMA

Jus lettin u kno dat we aite
Overall we tight!
Heaven got u now
No doubt

Longin 4 dat commitment
Instead God took dat moment
Makin mistakes, its all good
And jus wen its over ur gone...

I don't have alot of memories about you but I do remember when I met you in brockton High. You was always goofing around and making people laugh. The way you talk...you always talked fast, almost like a chipmunk...lol. Thats the only memory I have of you and I will never forget that~Rest In Peace Homie~

Johnny was like a brother to me..and so was his older brothers and his sisters were like my own, when we lived on the same street together. ive known him since he was a baby and enjoyed his humor when he was a little boy even more when he used to tag along with me and Zack (jose) to the store down the street. i remember that i used to tickle him to the point that he couldnt take it and id leave him on the ground giggleing out of control.....those were my favorite memories of johnny..in the summertime of the 1990's..running up and down the street with water guns and water ballons...then before i knew it he became a handsome young man. Johnny was not just my cousin but my friend a friend that i shared priceless memories...i just wish that i spent more time with him in recent years
..Johnny ..i will never forget the way you made us laugh. you will be sorely missed and loved.

Johnny.. I wish you didn't have to leave us so soon. There are so many good memories that I will never forget since 7th grade! The smiles, laughs, talks and just us two hanging out are things I will never forget. You are truly 1 in a million.. I will never meet another like you. Thank you for just being you, always putting a smile on my face and being the kind and respectful man you were. I'm so grateful to have known you & I will cherish all the times we spent together. I hope to meet you again in the after life. Save a seat for me up there. I know you'll be watching over us (all your family and friends). I will always miss you and you will be in my heart Always n Forever.
I Love You John Lima!

A true soldier, he was brought to this world to send us all a message. Now that his message and legacy has touched the lives of many it was his time to go back home. R.I.P Lima, we go way backkk save me a spot up there.

John was really someone who could always put a smile on your face. I havent seen him or heard from him in about 3 years because i moved away from brockton, but i do remember they first time i spoke to him how he just had me rolling over in laughter. i'll never forget that day and just seeing him in the green building freshman year he always clowned around and made everyone laugh around him. this was our year for everyone to celebrate the fact that we're officially grown up and that we are done with high school. 07 is our year and all we can do now is just celebrate for him. dont mourn too long, celebrate his life and show how great of a person he was. we truly lost a good one but he's in a better place. he's watching over us and hopefully this doesnt stop anyone from carrying on his legacy because he is truly someone to be remembered for the years to come. REST IN PEACE lima watch over brockton.. love u always
