Mary G. (Brown) Powers, of Raynham, passed away on January 12, 2018 wife of Edward Powers, died at Morton Hospital in Taunton at the age of 80. Born New Brunswick, Canada, Mary was the daughter of the late Harold and Loretta (Joyce) Brown. Mary was educated in Canada and was a graduate of Saint Joseph Nursing School in Saint John Canada. She was a retired RN for the Brockton VA and Morton Hospital in Taunton. She volunteered at Life Care Center in Raynham and Raynham Adult Day Care. Mary was the mother of Richard Powers of Raynham, Edward Powers of Raynham, Stephen Powers of Keene, N.H. and Michael Powers of Summerfield, Fla. Grandmother of Jessica, Nicholas, Zachary and Mathew Powers and great-grandmother of four. Sister of Joyce Bugg of Hinton, Alberta, Canada, Phyllis McGrath of Saint John, Canada, Margaret Conway of Saint John, Canada, Cathy Coes of Saint John, Canada, Geraldine OHara of Saint John, Canada, Linda Brown of Saint John, Canada, Patricia Brown of Saint John, Canada, Ronald Brown of Saint John, Canada, Harold Brown of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, Frederick Brown of Saint John, Canada, Michael Brown of Saint John, Canada and the late Gordon Brown.
