I am a very long time customer of Mike's who would drive from South Boston to his shop because I knew he would and did always take care of any car I owned. Over the years, his advice on life's issues was something I sometimes sought out and it was always on the mark.

His compassion for others was always sincere but most of all his upbeat attitude for life was contagious.

He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every day. I will miss baking him cakes and brownies, but will continue to do so for everyone else left behind.

I could and did call him many times when I needed to verify that someone else wasn't be told the truth by their machanic and he was always right. I was introduced to him via my brother and he quickly became my guy too!

I cried for hours when I was told and became angry that he left this earth much too soon. But I could hear him say, your right but live life and enjoy.

Goodbye my trusted friend, I will miss your laughter.

I was shocked and saddened to hear this news. I worked with Mike for a number of years, and spoke to him only recently. As usual, he ended the call with a laugh.

He's one of the few people I let call me "Davy."

My thoughts are with you at this difficult time, and I'm sorry I could not come to pay my respects.

Ben, Donna & Jen,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. We all know that our loved ones are seated next to the Lord, but it doesn't make it any easier. Take time to mourn and grieve and also rely in your faith and friends to carry you through this tough time.
