Robert G. Farnham Sr.

Robert G. Farnham Sr., 68, of Bridgewater and formerly of South Weymouth, died on April 14, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth (Scannell) Farnham and son of the late Walter and Catherine (Gavin) Farnham. He was a graduate of South Boston High School and lived in South Weymouth before moving to Bridgewater where he has resided for the past 40 years. Robert was an avid reader, enjoyed playing pool, going to Foxwoods, and was a member of the Bridgewater Citizens Club. He is survived by his children, Marc Differ and his wife Sarah of Wareham, Robert Farnham Jr. and his significant other, Kirsten of Everett, Jeffrey Farnham and his wife Stefanie of East Bridgewater, and Amy Farnham of East Bridgewater; grandfather of Brooke, Kelly, Taylor, Mackenzie, Amanda, and Jason; brother of Walter Farnham Jr., Joan Murphy, and Cathy Frechette. Robert is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Prophett- Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater. Burial will be private.
