Frank Ambrosino Obituary

QUINCY Frank J. Ambrosino, 83, of Quincy, formerly of Braintree, died, August 19 at the Quincy Medical Center. Born and raised in Boston, he had lived in Braintree for many years before moving to Quincy 10 years ago. He was a WWII Army Veteran and he had worked as a craftsman for the Braintree Water Dept. for 22 years retiring in 1987. Husband of Mary P. (Nigrelli), loving father of Francis of E. Bridgewater, Patricia Ambrose of Hyannis, Paul of FL and the late Michael Ambrosino. Brother of Rocco, Ana Arra, Tina Russo all of Quincy and Anthony of Mendon. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 23 at 9 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Church, South Braintree Square. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Braintree, Friday, 5-8 p.m. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Mr. Ambrosino,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
