George G. Cook

George G. "Butch" Cook, of Carver, passed away on December 16, 2014. He was 67 years old. He was the beloved husband to Joanne Cook; loving father of Kevin Cook and his wife Linda of Rockland, Steven Cook of Plymouth, and Ryan Cook of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; son of Charles Cook and his wife Geri and the late Mabel Cook; stepbrother to Regina Baker of Plymouth; cherished grandfather to Christopher, Logan, and Seamus. Butch is also survived by many nieces, and nephews, as well as his extended family, and friends including Crew 42. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, December 19, from 4-8 p.m. at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St. (Rte. 58), Carver. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, December 20, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 130 Main St. (Rte. 58), Carver. Interment will be at the Union Cemetery in Carver.
