Joseph A. Lombardi

Atty. Joseph A. Lombardi, 83, of Braintree, formerly of Randolph, passed away Sept. 28, 2012, at South Shore Hospital. Beloved fiance of Patricia Wallace of Weymouth, he was the loving father of Joandrea Lamb and Dana Lombardi, both of New Hampshire, and the late Kenny Lombardi; dear grandfather of Allison and Kristen Lamb; former husband of the late Dorothy (Firth). Joe is also survived by a devoted group of good friends who knew how to have a very good time. Born in Tewksbury and raised in Randolph, he was a Navy veteran and had been a resident of Braintree for the past 20 years. Joe retired in 1992 after 35 years from his own law practice Lombardi & Sullivan, located in Randolph and Boston. As Will Rogers never met a man he did not like, Joe Lombardi never saw a check he did not want to pick up. Funeral from the McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Braintree, Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Francis of Assisi Church, South Braintree Square, at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the funeral home prior to the Mass from 9-10 a.m. Interment in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
