Papa,
Although I am not your blood Granddaughter there was never a time I felt that I wasn't. I can still see your smiling face and your laughter that filled the world. Your taught me so much and I will never forget how to make your famous frittatas, and how you taught me peppers, onions, and bread and butter made anything taste ten times better. I remember lots of you jokes that made me laugh till I cried even though lots of them were very corny! I know you are with your Gracie smiling down at us with "Pepino" by your side. The girls and I will miss you something terrible but we will never forget you.
I love you Very much My Papa Nick
