DAD...It takes a special person to fill those BOOTS. Well, you are one of those special people! From the 1st second I met you in that cowboy hat & boots there was this big section of my heart that always belonged to you. I am honored to have been a daughter to you and not just a daughter-in-law. That is how you always made me feel. You will be thought of everyday that I live and will be missed even more.

I PROBABLY KNEW YOU THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME BUT THE TIME THAT I DID GET TO SPEND WITH YOU I WILL ALWAYS TREASURE AND HOLD CLOSE TO MY HEART.I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME THAT I MET YOU I WENT TO SHAKE YOUR HAND AND YOU TOLD ME TO PUT THAT AWAY WE ONLY HUG AROUND HERE. FROM THAT MOMENT ON YOU HAD MY HEART. I LOVED COMING OVER AND LISTENING TO YOUR STORIES AND WATCHING YOU THROW YOUR HEAD BACK IN LAUGHTER. YOU MADE ME FEEL WELCOME ALL THE TIME YOU PUT ME AT EASE. BY THE TIME OF YOUR PASSING I KNEW ALL THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU.THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS THAT I WISH THAT I COULD HAVE HAD THE CHANCE TO SHARE WITH YOU BUT ATLEAST I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE MET YOU.
