LYMAN, SC-- Connie Delana Stallard Carter, 48, of Lyman, died Saturday, August 10, 2013. Mrs. Carter was the wife of William Joseph "Joe" Carter and was the daughter of the late Linville and Roberta Collins Stallard.
Mrs. Carter was an office associate for Walmart and a member of LifeSong Church in Lyman.
In addition to her husband she is survived by one daughter, Lindsey Delana Carter; eight brothers and sisters and many nephews and nieces.
Memorial services will be 4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 25 at LifeSong Church officiated by Rev. Stephen Johnson.

Joe, I was so sadden to hear of the passing of your wife. I know that God will be with you and your daughter during this time. I pray that he will give you strength and comfort. If there is anything that Bobby or I can do for you, just let us know. Friends in Christ.

CONNIE WAS NOT ONLY MY WIFE BUT MY BEST FRIEND. I CANNOT DESCRIBE THE HEARTBREAK I FEEL NOW. SHE WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART & I WILL DO MY BEST IN RAISING OUR DAUGHTER LINDSEY TO HONOR HER. RIP MY SWEET KENTUCKY BLUEBIRD.
