Our condolences go out to the family of this fine man and neighbor. We will certainly miss him, although we didn't see him that often. But we called occasionally when we went to our place at the lake. He often called us when a tree had fallen over the road down to our place. He was such a thoughtful person. Now that I have lost Gene, I come up to the lake with the children and their families. I want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Gina called yesterday to tell me about Addy's passing. He was my favorite teacher way back when and a good friend since then. His friendship over the years to Mother and Daddy were immeasurable. Maybe he and Daddy will catch some big ones together now. Know of my love to all of you - Jay, Dee and Sandra. Grace Allen
