Marlene Pearson Obituary
LYMAN, SC-- Judith "Gus" Marlene Smith Pearson, 63, of 105 Holly Circle passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2014.
She was the wife of Danny William Pearson and the daughter of the late Artes E. and Velma Mathis Smith. She was retired from Toledo Scales in Inman.
Survivors also include a son, Rodney William Pearson of Fayetteville, NC; a daughter, Ashley Nichole Pearson of Lyman; four sisters, Sherry Smith of Hampton, VA, Pat Burgess of Moore, Sondra Williams of Wellford and Arliss Richardson of Boiling Springs; 3 grandchildren, Katie Beth Pearson , Justin Pearson and Colby Bonner and one granddaughter on the way, Adalyn Marlene Pearson; 1 great-grandchild, Kylar Pearson; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday at Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matt Yon officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 PM prior to the service. The interment will be at Sharon United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Sharon United Methodist Church, PO Box 418, Reidville, SC 29375.

I am so sorry and shocked to learn of this. Praying for you all during these difficult days. I don't know if she had been sick or if this was sudden. I remember you all from Crescent Circle-a long time ago. Rodney, I still have the Christmas ornament I bought from you as a child in school. Love it. love you all. Love and prayers
