Timothy Corbin Obituary
Spartanburg - Rev. Timothy Scott Corbin, 57, of Spartanburg, SC passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021, after suffering from heart failure and complications. Born March 4, 1964 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Lynette Amick Corbin and the late James Richard Corbin.
Scott was the pastor of Truth Chapel World Evangelism Fellowship Church and manager of Sound of Truth Radio (WXPS 92.1 FM). He loved the Lord and desired, above all, to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ without compromise. He was also a retired employee of the University of South Carolina-Upstate as a part of the IT department. Scott was a loving husband, father, son, brother, pastor, and friend. He cared about others and always sought to serve others first.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Nikkie Corbin; children, Matthew, Gabrielle, Jeremiah, Elijah, and Chloe; and brother, Jimmy Corbin; among other loved ones.
A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Spartanburg School District 3 Community Auditorium, 381 Cherry Hill Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Truth Chapel, PO Box 1905, Spartanburg, SC 29304.

Scott was a most sincere caring man.His mother and I are first cousins. My entire family sends they’re sincerest sympathies, And to my dear cousin lynett, you were there when that dear man drifted into your life and you were there when he drifted back out. Heaven has certainly blessed us all, and is so blessed to have him back home!

Nikkie and family we don't have enough words to say how sorry we are to hear about pastor scotts passing learned so much for being under his ministry . He taught my family so much. My children learned so much being at the church from his ministry.He will be truly missed by so many. We are praying for all of u. And love ur family.
