Mr. Gaffney and I worked together for years at Sentara Bayside hospital pharmacy. We had many laughs together and always looked forward to seeing him everyday with that smile on his face. He was a great pharmacist who will be missed by many! My prayers and thoughts go out to his family

Warren was a fount of knowledge and a great man. I enjoyed working with him, his humor, and his deep infectious laugh. Although I haven't been in contact recently, he has been in my thoughts. As a young hospital corpsman in 1968, I worked in the pharmacy at the old Little Creek Dispensary (before Boone Clinic). Mr. Gaffney always conducted himself in a professional manner, yet was friendly and helpful to the pharmacy clients and staff. I learned a great deal from him. I am sure that his family is rightly proud of his service. May he rest in peace.

I remember Mr. Gaffney from when I first started as a Pharmacist. We worked together for awhile and stayed loosely in touch over the next 20 years. He was a kind and good person whom I will never forget. He will be missed.
