Alex Fabian Obituary

FABIAN, (Sandor) Alex Born October 23, 1925 in Baja, Hungary. He want to be with the Lord on May 28, 2010. Alex immigrated to America with his wife and daughters in 1957 and settled in Pullman WA. He worked at WSU as an electrician and retired after 28 yrs of service. Alex and his wife moved to Spokane in 1990 to be closer to his daughters and grandchildren. Alex is survived by his wife of 63 years, Margaret Fabian; daughters, Margit Harrsch, Eva Noll and Mary Couch; grandchildren, Chuck Harrsch, Angela Harrsch, Jesse Noll, Avica Aldendorf, Nicole Kendrick and May Chopot; great-grandchildren, Amanda, Rebecca and Ben Jesser, Alex, Zachary and Molly Harrsch, Marcus Noll, Aiden and Abriam Aldendorf; and his brother, George Fabian. Alex enjoyed fishing, soccer, boxing and football. He was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, teacher of life and dear friend. Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, June 20, 2010 at St. Paschal Catholic Church, 2523 N. Park Rd, Spokane Valley, WA. Special thanks go to Hospice of Spokane. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane at PO Box 2215, Spokane, WA 99202.
