Annette BARKLEY Obituary
Annette Barkley (Wagar) passed away on November 21, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Joyce Wagar, and her brother, Mike. She is survived by her brother Kevin (Kay) Wagar and family, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Annette worked alongside her mom and dad at Playfair Race Track, a huge family affair. She also became a talented cosmetologist.
Remembrances of Annie describe her as a caring, inspirational, kind, and thoughtful lady who made a difference in the lives of many people, friends, and family.
Annie will remain in the hearts of those whose lives she enhanced by her gift of caring, cosmetology, tender caring, boisterous teasing, and skilled styles. Annie would style anyone's hair, and she would be smiling and giggling all the way through. She cared. She was quite an artist.
A memorial service will be held February 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM, at The Intersection Church, 905 N McDonald Rd, Spokane Valley, WA, with Pastor Gary Hebden officiating.

Annette, my heart is still in disbelief that you are gone. We had such a crazy fun childhood. I will forever miss your smile and laughter. I am so sorry for all the pain and hurt that you felt in your heart when your brother Mike passed on, and then your momma and dad. Life is so unfair at times for all of us. I know you are at piece now because you are with the ones that you missed so much. Fly high my beautiful angle and keep that laughter going. Till we meet again. xox.

Wow so young, Annette and I went to school together we were great friends lol a little wild but it was all good, saw her and her family alot while I was also working at Playfair for yrs. R.I.P. Annette
