July 26, 1973-
June 24, 2016

David A. McCullough passed away unexpectedly on June 24, 2016. David was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Brenda St. Clair and David McCullough. He grew up in Aransas Pass, Texas, attended under- graduate at UT San Antonio and graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2001 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. He successfully owned and operated Thunder Physical Therapy clinics in north Spokane and Spokane Valley. He compassionately helped many people both in the office and on his free time. David's four children were his pride and joy and he loved them and the Lord with all of his heart. He was at home on the water and enjoyed fishing, boating and outdoor activities with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Dana McCullough; and their four young children: Kaden, Caleb, Kaylynn and Camden; as well as his mother Brenda Beaver of Aransas Pass and father David McCullough of Singapore; his brother Daryl of Aransas Pass; sister Angelique of Corpus Christi; and brother Richard (Kelsey) and their son Deklan of Moses Lake; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Texas. David was loved by everyone he met. He will be dearly missed by all his family members, friends and the community he served. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 Thursday June 30th at Chattaroy Community Church, 3711 East Chattaroy Rd. A reception will follow. Due to the suddenness of his death, a gofundme.com account has been established for the family by their friends.

David helped me with all my aches and pains, and I know he did with so many. His infectious smile always made me feel better! He loved life, and loved to share stories of his beautiful children. Your father will always be with you! God Bless each one of you.

Dave, your friendship will be greatly missed. I will miss those lunches where we shared our successes and challenges in life & work, the times we spent praying for each other. Working with you as a friend and colleague was a blessing. You adored and loved your family greatly. You will now rest peacefully until Jesus comes.

Dear friend, see you on the other side. What we can learn from you...how to love life and laugh a lot, how to embrace others, how to be a beloved friend, and always point to the bigger picture of faith in the midst of trials. I Love you and will miss you silly Dave. Sweet, sweet children of my gracious friend, your Daddy treasured you beyond everything else. His love for you remains, carry forward his love for life and light heartedness. Much love, KayLynne Bailey Ezzell
