Donald MORISSETTE Obituary
Donald "Del" Morissette was born to Ray and Dorothy Morissette in Hardin, Montana on March 6, 1950. He went home to be with the Lord on June 11, 2025.
There will be a Celebration of Life service Saturday, July 19 at 1 pm at North Church, 8303 N. Division St., Spokane, WA.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Union Gospel Mission of the Inland Empire.
Del is survived by Diane, his beloved wife of 37 years; daughters, Kirsten and Mary; son and daughter-in-love, Peter and Jenn; granddaughters, Meskerem and Kidist; brother, Richard "Dick" Morissette; sister, Carole Cragg; and former wife, Janie Morissette.
Del was known for his strong faith, servant leadership, "scary smart" intellect, creativity, generosity, and his deeply compassionate nature.
He was a loving husband and father and adored his role as "Papa" to his beloved granddaughters.
Del was larger than life in so many ways and in his passing, he has left a large hole in a lot of lives. Yet, we do not grieve as those who have no hope. We know that he is with the Lord, where there is no pain and no tears. His goal was to end well... and he did.
