Gene HARDWICK Obituary

HARDWICK, Gene (Age 72) Passed away August 11, 2015 with his family by his side. Gene was born July 2, 1943 in Topeka, KS. He attended Shadle Park High School and soon after married his high school sweetheart. Gene (AKA "the Cookie Man") retired from Mother's Cookies in 2003. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette; daughter, Chandra Picicci and husband Patrick of Billings, MT, and daughter, Kelli Organ and husband Charlie of Spokane, WA. Gene's legacy lives on in his five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A celebration reception will be held at First Assembly of God, 828 W. Indiana Ave. on Saturday, August 22, 2015 beginning at 10:30AM. RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY entrusted with arrangements.

The SHADLE Class of 1961 remembers Gene as a great classmate. We were so glad Gene and his wife were able to attend our 50 reunion. Blessings to all the family.
