I fondly remember Jim and his service to the citizens of Spokane as a reserve police officer. I also appreciated all the vehicle repair work he and his son Ed did for me while they were in business at Foley's. Jim was a true neighbor and friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him and his servant demeanor. Thank you for your service to this country and your community!

He was a very nice man. My mom always went to Foleys when we were kids. He helped my mom quite a few times. I remember his children were very nice as well. A loss to the community for sure. Condolences to the family.
