Kathleen treated me like family when I worked for her at Kathy's Clips. I have many wonderful memories of time spent with her at the shop and at her home with her family. I'm sad to hear of her passing. I send my condolences to Herb, and to their children and grandchildren.
Sincerely,
Joanne (Appel) Gerkins

I'm so glad I got the opportunity to meet Aunt Kathy and spend time with her at the Pow Wows over the years. She is the epitome of a Native elder and a wonderful woman. I will miss her, the stories, and laughs we all shared. Miigwech, Aunt Kathy.

She was always cheerful and put up with me and Craig. She loved her little Terrier dogs (that loved to nip at me, much to Craigs delight). Rest in peace.

shall miss seeing , talking with my dearest Cousin Kathleen for the rest of my days.. She was the best of the best.. she loved and cared about everyone! Even those she never met but heard about them. She was a giver.. Her heart was as big as the Universe and love of God was infectious and all of us were open to her prayers and good thoughts. I loved her beyond words and I know so did everyone else who knew her felt the same way I do.. Prayers for Kathleen and to all who loved her and will miss her beyond.. I know she is on her journey to be with her relatives who passed before her and they ha e made a special
Place for along with Great Jesus Christ the Savior of her soul. She will be waiting for all of us as we enter the Spirit World when our time comestibles. Endearing love to you my sweetest Cousin and kind kind friend. I love you and so does Curty.. ♥
