Langley JOHNSON Obituary

August 16, 1940 - March 21, 2025

Liberty Lake - To our demise on March 21, 2025, husband, father, grandpa, brother, and friend, Langley Leroy Johnson left this wonderful planet heading for his next journey in Heaven. Lang was born in Penticton, BC, graduated from West Valley H.S. in 1958 then joined the Amy ROTC for eight years.

Lang worked as an ironworker for 25 years before retiring and taking a supervisor's position at Kaiser of Spokane. Lang could not sit still and was hired on at Enterprise, where he worked for many years before retiring completely.

He loved all aspects of being out in nature, hunting, fishing, camping, collecting firewood and coins. Sitting by the campfire with family and friends was always an enjoyable evening.

He taught his children about pride, respect, honesty, love, and a life we could be proud of.

His journey has taken him away from his beautiful wife, Linda Charlene Johnson, to whom he was married for 63 years.

He also leaves behind three children, Michael, Kimblery, and Todd; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandkids; sister; nephew and nieces; a son-in-law; a daughter-in-law; and many good friends.

We know you are in a better place looking in on us from time to time while spending time with our Saviour and everything you enjoyed before.

We miss you terribly!

Love and respect to you.
