I worked with Captain Beegle when we were stationed at Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii in 1983 - 1984. Captain Beegle was my Commanding Officer of Golf company, 2nd battalion, 3rd Marines. I was the company Gunny and acting 1stSgt during that time period. I enjoyed our time working together leading Marines and preparing them for combat. I am a Viet Nam veteran, so to be fortunate enough to have a C.O. that was also a Nam vet was unique and very rewarding. I think of our time spent training the young Marines as one of the most trying, yet one of the most enjoyable times of my 26 year career. May he rest in eternal Peace and we shall meet again. Until Valhalla my Friend... Semper Fidelis

Michael Beegle was one if my favorite teachers at Spokane Community College, where he taught for the Paralegal Program. From him, I learned some of the most important aspects of the law. He was kind, patient, enthusiastic and encouraging. He is definitely missed! My condolences to his family, student and the law community on this day and all the days to come. It was an honor and a privilege to have been one of his students. Be blessed knowing that he was very love, skilled and appreciated.

I had the privilege of being a student of Mr. Beegle's. He was an AMAZING teacher who always challenged us. There was a time when I almost gave up on being a Paralegal, but he encouraged me and pointed out my strengths and told me what good I could do for others. He was tough, firm, kind and had an ability to help us all realize our potential. He LOVED WW2 memorabilia. He shared many of his experiences of his time serving our country. He was so selfless. Even after graduating, he always made himself available. He had an awesome way of helping us to answer our own questions. I will ALWAYS remember him....he will be greatly missed. Love and prayers to his family
God Bless.

Mr. Beegle
You changed my life in so many ways. You were a friend, you were my attorney, you were my mentor. You taught me in several ways to be a better man. I wish would of had the chance to let you know how much you meant to me in mylife. But I think you already knew and I just needed time to catch up. We the ESD crew were there for you when your son passed away. I will never forget that moment in time we all shared with you and your family and the loss of David. You will always be the man I will continue to look up to. Your 1 in a million Mike. To our precious Nina how my heart goes out to you and your loss. If Mike touched my life the way he did I can't imagine your pain. You should always know we the old school ESD crew are always here for you lady. Always! Big Love, Big Tears. I will miss you my brother!

This makes my heart sad. Another Dear Man finishes his Earthly travels for this round. The "Back Row Gang loved our Mr Beegle and his wonderful law classes. He was such a joy to learn from. We always said if we ever got into legal trouble we would definitely ask for Mr Beegle's help...he knew the law...and how to use it for defense. Professional...and prepared. He was so good with case law! Still brings a smile :) It was a privilege sharing a short space in time with you Mr Beegle. Thank you for your service. Prayers and healing energy for your family. Fly free of your Earthly bonds Sweet Man. Remember your Back Row Gang in the Holy Courts on High. <3 :) O:)

Mr. Beegle was an inspirational man, who's spirit will be missed in this world. I had the privilege to be a student of Mr. Beegle's and for the first time in my academic or professional career I wasn't ridiculed or looked down on for my beliefs that the P.D.'s office is the back bone of our justice system. His support and understanding gave me the encouragement to pursue my career, regardless of the stereotypes and labels. To his family go my thoughts and prayers. Mr. Beegle thank you for everything, See you on the other side.

I was blessed to be a student of Mr. Beegle's. He was such a genuine person. As a teacher he had a way about him that encouraged you to go out on a limb, add to the conversation, it's okay to be wrong, how else will you grow? It was a privilege knowing him. Prayers and healing thoughts for his family. Thank you for your service Mr. Beegle.

Mr. Beegle was one of the most fun teachers and later friend of a student.
He would address us by our last name when he called to ask a question in class. Straight by the book for the client and did his best to defend his clients.
He was glad I think that that we turned his class into a bit of social hour with our dinners and birthday parties.
We stopped to see him at his office several times after graduating and he was very proud of his students when he saw them succeed.
He will be missed by all who knew him.

This saddened me greatly. I was a student of Mr. Beegle's and I interned in his law office. I loved his approach to the law. I learned so much from him. I still remember being scared to tell him I got a job with the Prosecutors office... he just looked at me and shook his head.. "Ms. Thompson" that is all I remember him saying. I really looked up to him as a teacher, as a lawyer, and as a man. The world will never be the same.
