I worked with Mike at the Port of San Diego Harbor Police. He was a good supervisor and a great guy. I am sorry to hear of his passing. He had a quirky sense of humor and was fun to hang out with. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.

I worked alongside Mike for several years at the San Diego Harbor Police, and the news of his passing has left me in complete shock.

Working with Mike was a true pleasure, both professionally and personally. We shared many memorable moments that were filled with laughter. I still remember all of the locker room antics, and I considered Mike more than just a co-worker.

I always admired his commitment to physical fitness, which makes this loss even more difficult to comprehend. The memories we shared are ones I will cherish, and I deeply regret that I will not have the chance to see him again, something I had hoped for.

Mike was genuinely a joy to be around, and he will be missed.

My heartfelt thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Justin Irvin
