Michael WALSH Obituary

March 30, 1964 – May 15, 2025

Michael Walsh was born in Spokane, WA, on March 30th, 1964. He attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic School, Garry Jr. High, and Rogers H.S., before achieving his GED.

Michael married Lorra Galloway on June 21st, 1997. They loved to go camping and spend time with family. Michael also enjoyed Steelhead fishing with his brother, Pat, and playing golf.

He worked most of his career as an inventory specialist at CDA Metals. He was there 23 years before being injured in an accident.

Michael lived the final eight years of his life as a quadriplegic. He's now free of that body, going out on his own terms and is joined in Heaven with his wife, Lorra; his brother, Pat; and his mom and dad, Carol and Mike.

Michael leaves behind his stepson, Destin (April) Galloway; siblings, Kathleen (Dan) Schwanz, Laura Hegel, Maureen Walsh, and Thomas Walsh; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend, Todd Jensen.

Mike, I am so grateful that I got to know you and became friends. I know that you are happy and free from pain and dependency , and now and with your loved ones in heaven. You amazed me with your positive attitude despite everything you had been through in life. You will be missed.
