It is really difficult to put into words what this wonderful teacher, mentor, spiritual guide means to me. She taught me so much during the 25 years we spent together meeting occasionally, monthly, ....whenever convenient. After I "passed muster" in our three "trial" sessions together and finished eight months of the SEEL program for the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises.....I was delighted when she suggested we continue. That invitation lasted for all these many years. Perhaps she stated in her own words better than I possibly could her role as Spiritual Director......"Sometimes I feel like a Match-Maker assisting a relationship I know was meant to be....Sometimes like a Guide helping a traveler explore a land I am still discovering myself....Always like a Woman of the Church privileged to be working near the Center of Life...Always a privileged observer of what the Living God is doing in the world today." God Bless You, Sr. Miriam, and keep you enfolded in His loving arms for all eternity.
