Thanks to Norma and Tom for the wonderful memories of their Shop in U-City. It was always a highlight for our children to get carmel corn from sweet Norma. Loved working with Norma during Festival of Trees, what a wonderful inspiration to all who knew her.

Rest in peace, dear Norma! One of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. I met Norma 12 years ago, when I first started working for the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce. Her energy, passion, and sense of humor were amazing!

Mrs. Ventris,(I always called her this) was so nice and caring to everyone. I always enjoyed being around Jim's family and Norma always made me feel welcome. I hope the lifetime of memories will get the family through these sad times.
