Patricia ROBBINS Obituary

Patricia Lillian (Kim) Robbins, 79, of Newman Lake, WA, died peacefully at her home with her loving sons by her side on October 22nd, 2025. Pat succumbed after a long battle with COPD and Emphysema.

She is now reunited with her baby girl, Katherine Pulani Oak; great-granddaughter, Korin Shea Syrrett; her parents, John T. Kim Sr. and Mary Souza; and brothers, Robert, George and Ernest Kim.

Pat loved her two sons: Fred Oak (Raymona), John Oak (Michelle); grandchildren: Kimberly Earl, Jessica Poindexter, Rachel Jackson, Reginald Tweed, Vaughn Tweed, and Tiana Crego; and her beautiful great-granddaughter, Ellouise; as well as one brother, John T. Kim Jr.; sister, Mary Kim; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Pat was born February 26th, 1946, in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she lived to age 8, only regretting leaving her music behind when moving to Spokane, WA. She moved to San Francisco to be near family, where she married and started her own family, returning to Washington state and buying her own home in 1971. Pat was a master at taking care of her family, as well as her house and she was an excellent cook. Her family was her pride and joy. She lived a short time in Minnesota as well as Reno, Nevada, moving back to Spokane and working at Columbia Lighting in Spokane Valley, WA. She made so many good friends in her 30 years there before she retired.

Pat loved working, cooking, cleaning, and had so much fun gambling, (the slot machines and Bingo), especially New Year's at Coeur d'Alene Casino. She enjoyed people and thinking of the perfect gifts for people she loved. She will be leaving a hole in many people's lives.

Yesterday

Aunt Pat was very special to me and my family. The kids knew how much she loved them even if they never met her in person. She is loved and will be greatly missed.
