Patrick TRACY Obituary

Patrick Patterson Tracy, 88, of Spokane Valley, Washington, peacefully departed at home, with loved ones, on June 23rd, 2024, after living life on his own terms.

Patrick was born on September 06, 1935, to John and Iva Tracy in Spokane, Washington. After school, Patrick went on to join the United States Army.

After serving his country, he found his calling as a Union Worker in the field of Heat and Frost Insulation, kick starting a 38-year career.

In 1979, Patrick met and married his wife, Jo Anne Tracy, in Spokane, Washington.

In 1995, Patrick retired to enjoy time at the family's lake cabin at Twin Lakes, Idaho. He also enjoyed watching his favorite sports teams like The Gonzaga Bulldogs, The Mariners, and The Seahawks. He enjoyed building birdhouses when he was not fishing and swimming at the lake.

Patrick was predeceased by his mother and father, John and Iva Tracy. Patrick was the youngest of 9 children. He is survived by his son, Shawn Tracy; and three sisters, Cecelia Carpenter, Delores Gross, and Margret Watson.

Graveside services for loved ones were held at Pines Cemetery, on June 28th, 2024, at 2:30pm.
