Robert OSBORNE Obituary

January 7, 1927 - August 27, 2025

Spokane Valley - On August 27th, Bob made his final journey home to be with his beloved wife of 64 years, Dolores.

He spent the last six months of his life at Ayanna AFH, where he made wonderful friends and was cared for with such love, dignity and respect.

Bob was born January 7th, 1927, in Tekoa WA. He had six siblings. He married Dolores Dillon on June 1st, 1948. The couple had two children. He worked for Washington Water Power for 38 years, most of which was spent in Rosalia WA. They retired and spent many good years living on the Pend Orielle River and traveling before moving to the Spokane Valley. Bob enjoyed woodworking, traveling, camping, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife and five siblings.

Bob is survived by his son, Larry (Chris) Osborne; his daughter, Lisa (John) Rostollan; his sister, Shirley Donder; grandchildren, Brett, Tiffany, Amber and Kevin; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bob's caregiver and friend, Wendy, for the love and amazing care she provided Bob over the last 12 years, allowing him to remain safe and comfortable in his home.

No services are planned. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers.
