Our beloved Robin slipped away into the arms of her precious Savior on June 21, 2017. She was born in Colfax, WA on June 10, 1968. She spent her childhood in the Palouse Country, Alaska, and near Tacoma; attending Bethel High School, Clover Park Technical School (cosmetology), and Spokane Community College. She is survived by her son Jared Eckert; grandmother Kathleen Schmidt; parents Glen and Carol Ellsworth; sisters, Wendy (Tony) Nelson, Shannon Nelson, Wendy D. (Vaiden) Bloch; brothers, Ken (Sue) Ellsworth, and Dave (April) Ellsworth. Also surviving are numerous treasured extended family members. Robin was a very loving soul with a lively curiosity, and courage in the face of her years-long health problems. She was devoted to her faith, her family and her friends, and was much loved by all in return. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 12 at 2:00 PM at the Covenant United Methodist Church, 15515 Gleneden, Spokane, WA 99208.
