Rogan MURRELL Obituary

In Loving Memory

February 8, 2006 - July 13, 2024

With shattered hearts we mourn the passing of our beloved son in a tragic car accident. A graduate of Lewis and Clark High School he earned Cum Laude honors and lettered in DECA. He participated in Cyber Patriots, drama, and other clubs. He played soccer and was a dedicated gamer. He learned some Japanese and planned to study there his sophomore year of college. He was accepted into the distinguished scholar's program at Western Washington Honors College where he planned to study computer science and psychology.

Rogan was an exceptional, bright, sunny young man. He had an infectious smile, a wonderful laugh and great hair. He was always ready with a hug and was kind to all. Rogan is survived by his parents, Gary and Alli Murrell; his sister, Kaya; and grandparents Santos Higgins, Gary and Sandy Murrell, Steve and Sheri Wohl, and Jim and Laura Redmon. He also left behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Rogan's innate kindness, sense of humor, and amazing spirit is embedded in our hearts forever. A Celebration of his life is being held this Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 2pm, at the Shriner's Event Center, located at 7217 W. Westbow Blvd. in Spokane.
