Sven VEDVIK Obituary
Sven Vedvik of Spokane , WA., born May 7, 1940 went to heaven on September 18, 2016. Survived by his daughters, Tina Piper and Kathrene Peters; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Arne Vedvik; sister Lillian White; parents Lauritz and Marie Vedvik; and his only son Michael Vedvik. Sven moved to Spokane at 11 years old from Bergen, Norway. He worked at Gendrons as a cleaning/delivery boy and worked his way up to ownership of the company! A small service will be held at 11:00am on this Saturday the 24th at Holy Cross Cemetery.

I remember his unique name and where he used to live on Mark Drive in North Spokane mainly because of the fact that he had a double-decker London style bus parked in his driveway for a decade or longer that I guess at one time was like some kind of mobile coffee shop, which is ironic because I went to one just like it only a much larger double-decker bus downtown after Bloomsday a couple of weeks ago, I will be visiting your grave since I just found out you were in interred at Holy Cross, where I am at almost daily RIP Sven
