Thea FRAMSTAD Obituary
Elly was born in Germany. After marrying James Baugh, they moved to the US and settled in Spokane. Together, they raised six children. After divorcing, mom remarried Stanley Framstad, whom she spent many happy years with before his passing in 2015.
Elly worked at the Cathay Inn for 24 years. She made many lasting friendships, and all of her regular customers adored her. One of her favorite pastimes was playing Bingo. She was always up for playing cards or rolling the dice at Bunko! Elly cherished her time spent relaxing and enjoying family at Hayden Lake.
Elly was preceded in death by Stanley and her son, David Baugh. She is survived by her sisters Lotte and Gretel, her children Michael (Christine) Baugh, Robert (Gratia) Baugh, Sue (Cub) Martin, William Baugh, Patty (Ron) Ellingsen, her grandchildren Stevie (Michael), Charles, Jessica, Jason (Brandy), Bryan (Marlana), Daniel, Samuel, Brittany, Rikki, Alexa (Andrew), Elise (Paul), Taylor (Kevin) and Blake. Elly was proud to have 18 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
If you would like to donate in her name, please consider a donation to Horizon Hospice who provided her with extraordinary care. A celebration of life to honor our mom will be held at a later date.

I'm so sad to hear about Elly's passing. Dave and I were her neighbors for several years. We enjoyed seeing and talking with her and Norm in the driveway and helping them out here and there. They shared their newspaper which was so nice. Elly was a cool lady and will be missed. My condolences to the family.
