I miss you every day daddy. I am the last of us. I couldn't be happier that you are now with Mama and Eric. I know how much pain their passing created... For both of us. I'm doing the best I can to continue to be the person you want me to be. I am still trying to find some peace with the complete loss of our history. It's been almost a year since you went to be with Mom and Eric and still, some days the memories just knock the wind out of me. I have my own family so I am not alone, but that doesn't ease the void that is deep and wide. An empty hole that only got bigger and deeper as you all went to glory. I carry all of you in my heart.
Daddy I'm ok. I just really miss you. I miss all of you!
I will see all of you again someday. In the meantime I still have a lot to do. Always trying to make you proud of me.
I love you daddy. So much.
