William LITZINGER

1961 - 2021

William (Bill) Joseph Litzinger (Age 60) passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on December 22, 2021, in Medical Lake, Washington. Bill was born to Thomas and Evelyn Litzinger on November 23, 1961 at Stead Air Force Base, just outside Reno, Nevada.

As a young boy Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing with his Dad. He also had fun being with his multiple siblings. He experienced moving to different Air Force bases with his family before moving to Fairchild Air Force Base, in Washington. This is where he would set permanent roots by growing up in nearby Medical Lake. There he attended Blair Elementary, Medical Lake Middle School and Medical Lake High School, where he graduated class of 1980.

After high school, he experienced what life had to offer before settling in Everett, Washington, where he would live for the next 26 years. In his years living in western Washington, he worked for Philips Electronics, where he made ultrasound machines for well over 20 years. In 2016, Bill moved back to his hometown of Medical Lake, where he worked for the state of Washington at

Lakeland Village.

Billy, as his family called him, will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Mae Litzinger, and niece, Madison Rae Litzinger. He leaves behind to reminisce in his memory, father, Thomas Litzinger of Medical Lake, sister, Jackie (Dennis) Ochs of Cheney, WA, brother, Edward (Tara) Litzinger of Woodinville, WA, sister, Theresa Litzinger of Medical Lake, sister, Margaret Litzinger of Kenmore, WA, brother, Joseph Litzinger of Medical Lake, sister, Frances Litzinger of Medical Lake, and sister, Barbara (Brad) Houser of Medical Lake. As well as, multiple nieces and nephews.

A Vigil service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, at 6:00 pm at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Medical Lake, followed by his funeral Mass on Thursday, January 13, at 1:00 pm, at St. Anne's Catholic Church, in Medical Lake. Followed by interment at Medical Lake Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
