Harry and Susan,
Hearing about your mother's passing was very painful. I amy very sorry for your loss. Doris has been my friend for many years and it is still hard to believe that I cannot pick up the phone and call her. Both of you and also the grandchildren she loved so much will remain in my prayers.

Harry and Susan,
I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I have never met her, but she and my Mom, Nancy Rice (Sheridan), have been friends since Jr. High, in Springfield, Ohio. I talked to your Mom for about 3 hrs on the phone back in November. My Mom had a stroke and had just gotten home from a nursing home. Doris was wonderful to talk to, hence the LONG conversation. She talked with my brother Scott a lot during our Mom's hospital stay. She helped him get through that time. We were hoping to get our Mom down to visit her. My Mom is very sad that Doris is gone. She loved your Mom so much! They were supposed to go to their class reunion this past summer, but my Mom wasn't feeling well. We will be thinking of you all and keeping you in our prayers. God Bless your family.
