News Death Notice
SIMCOX III, Ellison A. 53 of Springfield, passed away Monday May 11, 2015. He was born May 19, 1961 in Xenia, the son of Ellison A. and Phyllis (Craig) Simcox, Jr. Ellison enjoyed going fishing and camping. Survivors include his mother, Phylis Simcox; loving partner of 23 years, Brenda Wade; children, Kasey Simcox, Brandy Simcox, all of Springfield, Erin Simcox (Tony Darnell) of Xenia, Anita Day, Jennifer Day, Jodi Day, Jeffrey Day Jr. (April Evans), and Alicia Day (Donald White), all of Springfield; 20 grandchildren and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Monday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Entombment will follow in Rose Hill Mausoleum.

Brenda its Amy from Dr Conkels office. I am so sad to hear of Ellisons passing but good with him not being in pain anymore. I will miss being harassed by him and sharing our fishing and football stories. God Bless you and please stop in and say hi sometime. We all love and have you in our prayers.
