Family-Placed Obituary

SPARKS, Gertrude 92 of Hilliard, Ohio, formerly of Springfield, Ohio and Summerfield, Florida passed away on Monday, December 11, 2006 in the Arbor's at Hilliard Care Center. She was born on September 19, 1914 in Pike, Ohio the daughter of Grant and Ida (Pack) Farris. She is survived by step grand son Ed Wallace of Marietta, Georgia and special niece Alma Scott of Springfield, Sparks step children: Larry (Phyllis) Sparks of Plain City, Ohio; Hershel Lee (Cheryle) Sparks of Columbus; Furn (Bob) Lindsey of Columbus, Eula (Jim) Williams of Urbana and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, John Davis, her second husband, Hershel Sparks, step-children; Joyce Young, Emma Jean Husk, Betty Dutton, Earnest Sparks, sister, Blanche True and brother, Evert Farris. Graveside services were held at 3:00 pm, on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 in the Springfield Ferncliff Cemetery. The family is being served by the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.
