Family-Placed Obituary
PACK, Herbert E. 71, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away February 8, 2006 at his residence. He was born August 21, 1934 in Lowmansville, Kentucky the son of the late Earl and Dorothy (Beck) Pack. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He attended the New Carlisle Missionary Church. He is survived by four loving daughters Penny Pack, Terri and her husband Fred Hansel, Connie and her husband John Zulauf and Amanda Pack; two loving granddaughters, Staci and Jessie Hansel; many other family and friends. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his beloved wife Carol J. (Weaver) Pack and a sister. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2006 at the TROSTEL-CHAPMAN FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2006. Burial will follow at New Carlisle Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 124 North Jefferson Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402.
