News Death Notice
HAMILTON-LEHMAN, Jessica 24, of Springfield, Ohio passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. She was born February 28, 1990 in Springfield, the daughter of Mark & Samatha (Seitz) Hamilton. She was a 2008 graduate of Northeastern High School. Jessica earned her black belt in Karate, enjoyed listening to music, working and spending time with her family. She is survived by her parents; her husband, Michael Lehman; a brother, Anthony (Deanna) Hamilton; numerous aunts, uncles, nephew, nieces, and cousins. Jessica was preceded in death by uncle Ink and her maternal & paternal grandparents. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Friday in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 10:00AM in the memorial home. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. Jess touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with. Visiting Springfield and spending time with her as well as the rest of my family down there as a child will always be a cherished memory of mine.
Even though she was my "lil cousin" I looked up to her for her courage and her ability to stay positive. When most people would have gave up Jess continued to fight.
My love goes out to Aunt Sam, Uncle Mark, Cuz Tone, Mike and all her other numerous friends and family.
